Size Guide

Jersey sizing is not the same across leagues — an MLB size S is cut much roomier than an NFL size S, and soccer jerseys follow slimmer European sizing. Use the quick comparison below, then open your sport's full chart for waist, length, women's and youth sizes.

Quick comparison — Men's chest (inches)

Size NFL / NCAA NBA MLB
S 35–37.5 35–37.5 41–44
M 37.5–41 37.5–41 44–46
L 41–44 41–44 46–48
XL 44–48.5 44–48.5 48–50
XXL 47.5–53.5 48.5–53.5 50–53
3XL 53.5–58 53–56
4XL 58–63 56–60

NHL jerseys use US numeric sizing (44–60) with a traditionally roomy hockey cut, and soccer jerseys use European sizing based on your height and weight (S fits 160–170 cm / 50–60 kg up to 2XL for 190–200 cm / 90–100 kg) — check their dedicated charts below.

How to measure

  • Chest: around the fullest part of your chest, tape level under the arms.
  • Waist: around your natural waistline, about 1 inch above the navel.
  • Length: from the top of the shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to the hem.
  • Compare, don't guess: lay a shirt that fits you well flat and match its measurements against the chart.

Fit tips from the team

  • Women's styles run small across all sports — we recommend ordering 1–2 sizes up from your usual size.
  • "Runs Small" note: if a product title or description says so, go one size up.
  • Soccer jerseys follow slim European cuts — when between sizes, always size up.
  • Between sizes? Size up for the classic, relaxed jersey fit.
  • Layering a hoodie underneath on game day? Go up a size.
